Boardroom shake-up at Pureprofile: Non-Executive Chair and Director set to retire

Pureprofile commenced a process to appoint a new new Non-Executive Chair and Non-Executive Director following the retirement of Linda Jenkinson and Albert Hitchcock from the board.

The company has said that the effective date of retirement and appointment of new directors is due to be announced at a later date.

"The Company thanks Ms Jenkinson and Mr Hitchcock for their service. News regarding the effective date of Retirement and appointment of new directors will be announced in due course", said a spokesperson.

Hitchcock, who has served on the Pureprofile board for three years, also holds a non-executive role with the Nationwide Building Society in the UK.

Jenkinson has been Pureprofile chair for the last year and also chairs Guild Super, Vinyl Group, and MedAdvisor.

In the last six months, Pureprofile has welcomed Mark Heeley as a non-executive board director. Heeley is the recent chairman of Brandwatch and has been an advisor and early-stage investor in media and technology businesses.

Pureprofile is an Australian-founded global data and insights organisation providing online research solutions. The company operates in North America, Europe, and APAC.

In its latest half-yearly financials, Pureprofile reported a net profit of $41,000 off total half-year revenue of $24m, up 8 per cent year-on-year, with EBITDA of $2.3m. $14m of this revenue was generated in ANZ.
