Decidr, eBev forge AI partnership to transform hospitality procurement

Beverage procurement platform eBev has tapped AI software provider Decidr to transform procurement processes for over 3,500 hospitality venues and 1,000 beverage suppliers across Australia.

Decidr's AI-driven procurement agent will automate tasks such as quote comparisons, supplier recommendations, and inventory forecasting. The initiative is set to begin its initial development phase in the first quarter of 2026. The AI agent's capabilities are planned to expand to include demand prediction and order lifecycle optimisation.

eBev processes over $400 million in orders annually, covering 70,000 products. It serves major clients including Asahi, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, LION, Rockpool Dining Group, and Australian Venue Co.
