Tresemmé and Ovolo Hotels launch first-ever hair service menu
TRESemmé and Ovolo Hotels have come together to launch of the first-ever Hair Service Menu, a complimentary service allowing guests to order bespoke, professional hair care products directly to their rooms.
The service is exclusively rolling out across Ovolo's designer hotel collection in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, and Brisbane from Friday 10th May 2024. Guests can order complimentary TRESemmé Pro Collection products including the new Lamellar Shine regime, Purple Toning, Keratin Smooth, Smooth Curls, and Strengthen and Restore.
Tik Tok Creator of the Year 2023, Indy Clinton, along with other VIPs, tested the Hair Service Menu during a launch event at the Ovolo Woolloomooloo Sydney.
"As someone who travels across the world for work, I know all too well how much of a challenge it can be to take care of your hair in hotel rooms. Having tailored hair care products delivered to your room is a game changer, so I jumped at the chance to give the TRESemmé and Ovolo Hair Service Menu a test run," Clinton said.
During the launch weekend in Sydney, guests were also able to request a complimentary blow dry session in their rooms from a top stylist to complement their TRESemmé Pro Collection regime of choice.
"Ovolo Hotels have been the perfect partner to help us bring this idea to life. They offer the boutique hotel experience, one that values quality and personalisation as much as we do," Marketing Manager at TRESemmé, Kate Westgate, said.
Group Director Of Marketing at Ovolo Hotels, Stephen Howard, also shared his enthusiasm about the collaboration.
"Partnering with TRESemmé to offer our guests an unparalleled and world-first Hair Service Menu experience during their stay, is a masterstroke. At Ovolo Hotels, we're constantly exploring new experiences for our guests to enhance their stay and we believe they'll absolutely love this addition."
The partnership and Hair Service Menu were brought to life by Emotive, with Mindshare as the media agency, Portobello as the PR agency, and TAG as the social agency.
"This is the kind of work we love doing at Emotive. At its heart there’s a beautifully simple idea that makes you think, ‘Why the hell hasn’t anyone done this before?’ To achieve brand fame for this collaboration, we creatively brought it to life by leveraging our expertise across social, talent, partnerships, PR and brand experience," Creative Director at Emotive, Kat Topp, said.
