Finance for farmers,
ACM and Flint unite,
Growth for the heartland.
ACM partners with Flint on Farmers’ Finance Australia, aiming to revolutionise agribusiness financing
ACM has announced the launch of Farmers’ Finance Australia, a national agribusiness brokerage, in partnership with Flint. The new venture will provide primary producers with financing options for property, agribusiness, equipment, and machinery.
The service will offer clients access to Australia's largest panel of banks, lenders, and private funders and is part of the ACM Agri division, which focuses on services for farmers. The venture will be led by Christian Stevens, a recognised lending specialist, as CEO.
ACM's managing director, Tony Kendall, emphasised the company's commitment to farmers, noting Farmers’ Finance Australia enables ACM Agri to offer leading financial solutions and specialised expertise to the 78 per cent of farmers who turn to ACM Agri brands for information about their sector.
"ACM Agri puts farmers at the heart of everything we do and we understand that finance is a critical part of every farming business," he said.
The agricultural finance market in Australia exceeds $120 billion, or even more if you added in rural residential, commercial and asset loans, indicating a need for innovative finance solutions at scale, Stevens said.
“I am excited to be working together with the ACM Agri team on something that will genuinely make a difference to so many farmers across the country," he said. "Farmers’ Finance Australia will provide regional families, investors, and businesses with the best in-market finance solutions to help them grow. We will enable hard working Australians to unlock their farms' potential, while accessing savings on their existing facilities too."
ACM Agri will market Farmers’ Finance Australia through an integrated marketing campaign across print, digital, social media, and rural event platforms. ACM is Australia's largest independent media company, reaching over 4 million regional Australians each month through more than 100 brands.
ACM Agri reaches 78% of Australian farmers each month with a national footprint of agricultural specialist brands, marketplaces, and events.
