Qualtrics rolls out AI-powered capabilities for enhanced market research

Experience management platform Qualtrics has launched a series of new AI-powered capabilities within its Strategy & Research Suite to help organisations maximise research investments and deliver insights faster.

The new strategic research capabilities are designed to provide businesses with access to 35 million unbiased panellists, conduct moderated online interviews, capture feedback from video recordings, and consolidate all research and feedback into a single, searchable system. They can be used to identify key patterns, themes, and sentiments from customer and prospect feedback, informing future strategy while reducing effort in transcription and analysis.

"Organisations need an always-on research platform in order to stay competitive, spot trends, and seize market opportunities," said Qualtrics President of Product, UX and Engineering, Brad Anderson.

The Research Hub offers a comprehensive repository of every piece of research ever conducted by an organisation, including research conducted by agencies, publications or reports outside of the Qualtrics platform.

Moderated user testing enables UX researchers to schedule and conduct live one-on-one, moderated interviews with respondents remotely through the Qualtrics platform. Online panels is a new self-service solution that taps into Qualtrics' network of more than 200 panel partners to allow users to choose a target audience and launch panels in minutes.

"With Qualtrics’ new AI-powered solutions and the ability to consolidate quantitative, qualitative and even external research on a single platform, businesses can make the most of every insight in order to make strategic decisions about future product, service and experience choices that attract new customers and increase revenue," Anderson said.
